Introduce

1. If there is debris on the surface of the stainless steel pipe, especially when there is dust adhesion, heating will of course have an impact on the scale of oxide.

2. If there is lubricating oil attached to the workpiece during cold working, the degreasing agent in trichloroethylene brushed stainless steel sheet is used. After sufficient degreasing in caustic soda solution, it is washed with warm water and then heat treated.

3. The difference in the atmosphere in the stainless steel tube furnace The atmosphere in the furnace is different in each part, and the formation of the oxide scale will also change, which is also the reason for the unevenness after pickling. Therefore, when heating, the atmosphere of each part of the furnace is the same.　

4. Objects in direct contact with the heating workpiece can only be used after stainless steel welded pipe  being fully dried. However, after drying, if placed at room temperature, moisture will still condense on the surface of the workpiece under high humidity. So dry before use.
